1. Instant Certificate

This policy assures you our esteemed passenger an instant policy notification and/or certificate accompanied by policy number via SMS to Your (passenger’s) phone and/or Next of Kin’s.

We reserve the right to withhold execution of your premium to insurance company whose business and/or cover does not extend to your traveling route. 5. What is Insured?

(a) Individual bodily injury resulting from road accident within Nigeria. This cover is provided through medical expenses of external injury and visible means.

(b) Death of passenger resulting from road accident within Nigeria. This insurance cover is provided through sum-assured with evacuation or repatriation of mortal remains of the passenger.


6. What is not Insured?

(a) Bodily injury to any passenger whose driver and/or passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicant.
(b) Vehicle hijack, invasion, war or warlike operations
(c) Kidnapping of passenger and other violent attacks by terrorists or insurgent groups.
(d) Loss of baggage you checked in and/or bag get stolen.


7. What are my Obligations?

(a) To disclose all material facts
(b) Payment of premium
(c) Immediate notification of claimable event
(d) Provision of necessary claim substantiating documents
(e) Cooperate with Travi Mobile Agent(s)


8. Are There Any Restrictions on Cover?

10. When Does the Cover Start and End?

Immediately upon agreement of terms and condition at sign up or booking, payment of insurance premium, issuance of insurance Policy Number and terminates at the end of a set trip in a day of period of insurance.
